Butter Oil

Butter oil or high-vitamin butter oil is dairy oil which is
extracted without heat from the milk of grass fed cows.

It is more nutritious and dense than standard butter and less processed than ghee.

Health benefits of Butter Oil are:

  • Butter oil is a nutrient dense supplement containing
    high amounts of Activator-X and fat-soluble vitamin K2.
  • Rich in butyric acid, a main form of fuel for gut bacteria, this is critical for healthy digestion and immune
    function.

Intended/Suggested Uses:

  • Has wide range of application including bakery, confectionery, ice cream, direct household consumption and fat enriched products.
  • Not for use in infant formula for infants less than 12 months.
