In our bid to uplift and empower the local dairy farmers, we in association with International Finance Corporation (IFC) established Pearl Dairy Farmers Community in Uganda. Through this initiative, we conduct regular training sessions and educate farmers on modern farming practices. We seek to create inclusive value for the farmers making them commercial dairy farmers.

Our Impact
LATO HELP
Over 1.4 million children in Uganda are living with a disability. It is this huge number that sparked the urge in us to help finance their corrective surgeries. 100% gross proceeds from the sale of Lato Help pack will go towards financing the surgeries of disabled children. We work to ensure that we create a momentum that affects real change, ensuring development and support the community we work in.
LATO GREEN
We care for our environment, which is why we together with Adarsh Polymers Limited through many activities such as collecting and recycling our plastic milk pouches into useful materials help reduce pollutants. We hope to give back a clean and eco-friendly environment.
