We pool our passion and resources to help local dairy farmers through our Farmers’ Community. To accomplish this, we have established the Pearl Dairy Farmers’ community in collaboration with IFC. This is a not for profit initiative to support dairy farmers through the provision of best in class training to improve their cattle rearing skills and knowledge.

We are complementing this training by establishing Model farms to set the standards for others to follow and have an extensive dairy development program with over 50 Dairy development officers deployed in the region. Finally, to complete this cycle, we have established Milk collection centers to ensure that farmers have ready customers for their produce.
