Pearl Dairy exhibited at the 9th African Dairy Conference and Exhibition (9th ADC&E) in Harare, Zimbabwe to promote its Lato brand of milk products. The conference was organized by The Eastern and Southern Africa Dairy Association (ESADA) and the Zimbabwe Dairy Industry Trust (ZDIT) from September 24th to 26^th September, 2013. The conference was attended by over 450 delegates. Lato Milk was the only Ugandan brand that exhibited its products at the event. The Agriculture Minister of Zimbabwe appreciated Pearl Dairy for sharing its knowledge and technology with other members and delegates.

The 9th ADC&E carried the full support of the entire dairy industry in Africa and was attended by all role-players, building the future market for Africa’s dairy sector. The conference was organized at a time when the dairy industry is experiencing tremendous growth particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa. The conference was the largest turnout in the 9 years of ADC&E’s conferences.
